Roles & Responsibilities
Handled recruitment, interview assessment and induction training of new employees
Prepare Offer/ employment letters
Timely updating of all records of employees in ERP
Creating new Employee records in HRMIS
Maintaining records of the absenteeism, sick leave and deductions
Implementing performance management across the company
Maintaining and updating information in the employees personal files
Administering staff Contractual & emergency leave
Monthly reporting of H.R. Performance and Annual Leave report
Tracking and updating the work visas , passport expiry etc
Currently looking for a suitable job.
