With my present employer I provide comprehensive and administrative support to colleagues and assist in the smooth and efficient running of the office. I assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the work i.e. filing, copying report typing, maintaining records and files and documents, updating profiles on the software. My other duties include receiving and handling telephone enquiries, dealing with queries and providing general information about the school.
I am able to prioritize my work load and respond to frequently changing demands all in all I consider myself to be qualified in all those competencies that you want from a candidate.
