Through my years of research and training, I can help you in reaching your fitness goals, whether your goal is to burn fat, build muscle and strength or live a healthier lifestyle in general. Nutrition planning and workout plans will be customised to help you reach your goals.

The sessions will be designed to fit into your everyday routines. You could train between 3 to 6 days a week with each session ranging from 1 hour to 2 hours depending on your schedule.
I am available to come and train you at any time and anywhere in Bahrain!

I can also provide online training by providing customised workout plans and diet plans for you to follow.
